By accessing or using AIAlpha, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AIAlpha provides AI-powered quantitative trading tools including:

  • AI-generated trading strategies
  • Historical backtesting capabilities
  • Automated trading bot deployment
  • Strategy marketplace for buying and selling strategies

3. Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss.

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • AI-generated strategies may result in losses
  • You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose
  • We are not responsible for any trading losses
  • Backtesting results are hypothetical and may not reflect actual trading

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
  • Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if unsatisfied
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Marketplace Terms

For strategy marketplace participants:

  • Sellers receive 80% of sale price, platform retains 20%
  • All strategies must pass review before listing
  • Purchased strategies are for personal use only
  • No reselling or redistribution of purchased strategies

7. Limitation of Liability

AIAlpha and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.
